Meet Our Mechanics
Michael Rose, Master Technician
Mike is a college graduate of SUNY Morrisville with a degree in Automotive Technology. His field of expertise/specialization at Morrisville was in computer diagnostics and troubleshooting. He has 20 years of experience. Michael was our first mechanic in 1989.
John Dillenbeck, Service Manager
John comes to us with 13 years of experience as a Ford Dealer technician certified in electrical diagnosis and repair, drivability diagnosis and repair, suspension systems, ABS brakes, and climate control, as well as transmission and driveline repair. He is New York State certified in electrical, drivability, computer systems and fuel systems. John also holds ASE certifications in brakes and suspension, and AC Delco certifications in body controls and fuel systems.
Eldon Tracy, Technician
Eldon has over 8 years experience in automotive repair. He specializes in brakes, steering and suspension. Eldon is Hunter engineering certified in steering and suspension and holds ASE certification in brakes, steering and suspension.
Jeremy Benninger, Technician
Jeremy comes to us with 10 years of experience from the Volkswagen and Audi Dealership. He is fully certified and specializes in VW and Audi vehicles. He is also familiar with all German made vehicles for repair in electrical, drivablility, chassis, driveline and complete vehicle maintenance.
